BT Cloud Voice Communicator is a unified application that allows you to utilise your BT Cloud Voice service on your iPhone. It allows you to make and receive calls, view your call history, chat with colleagues using Instant Messaging and Presence, access the same contacts you already have in your iPhone and your Company Contacts, and control frequently used features.
This application will only work in conjunction with a BT Cloud Voice service and valid user licence from BT Business.
You may make and receive voice and video calls over Wi-Fi or mobile data connections on your iPhone via an easy-to-use and intuitive user interface. Please note that call qualiy is dependent on the quality of your data connection.
